A buffet built around Lahore's favourites

A Darbar buffet is built on the dishes people in Lahore actually want to eat: chicken and mutton karahi, handi, live BBQ from the grill, rice, fresh naan and desserts. Every dish is cooked in our own kitchen, the same kitchen that feeds weddings of up to 450 guests, so the food holds its quality from the first plate to the last.

Our see-through kitchen means guests can watch the BBQ being cooked. It is part of the evening, not hidden behind a wall.

Chicken and mutton menus

Buffet menus come in two broad families. Chicken menus suit most family gatherings and office events. Mutton menus are the choice for weddings and celebrations where the table has to impress. Within each, the number of dishes, the starters and the desserts can be adjusted to your group.

Buffets for groups and events

Darbar has an indoor hall for 300 guests and an open-air rooftop for 150, so a buffet can be set for a family dinner, a corporate lunch, a birthday or a full wedding. Larger groups should message a few days ahead so the kitchen can plan quantities.

Events run in three fixed slots: 12 to 3 PM, 3:30 to 6:30 PM and 7 to 10 PM. Under Punjab rules, events end by 10 PM.

Easy to reach in Gulberg

Darbar is on Balouch Road in Gulberg III, 2 minutes from Liberty Market and 5 minutes from MM Alam Road, on a quiet street just off the main road. Parking is free and on site. Out-of-town guests can stay at Regency Suites, our 18-suite hotel in the same building.
